No, you don’t need an ID to start an account. If you do not have any of the accepted IDs at the point of registration, you may still register by skipping the ID upload step.

However, the account created will only have a P50,000 balance limit, P100,000 total aggregate credit, and a 12-month validity period. The said balance limit, total aggregate credit limit, and validity period will only be lifted once you are able to upload one of the accepted IDs to the application.
