I perform a transfer from my Tonik Account and in the destination account/bank, the sender shown is not Tonik, but another bank. What does this mean?

Currently, some transactions are done through Paynamics, our payment partner, and it is using the service of the shown bank to process your transaction.

Please take note that if you want to cash-in to your account, you should only use your Tonik Account number to ensure that your money is received by Tonik.
