My limit is P 50,000 but the ATM would only allow me to withdraw P 10,000.

Some ATMs have lower limits than your Tonik debit card. These are set by the banks which own the ATMs and are outside Tonik’s control. You can use an ATM of a different bank until you have reached your daily limit.
