What are the fees I need to pay?

Hi there, luv! The applicable fees to be deducted from the proceeds of your approved Big Loan are as follows:

Loan Admin fee:

0.295% monthly loan admin fee against loan amount

One-time fees:

Processing Fee of Php 5,000
Document Stamp Tax of Php 1.50 for every Php 200 of the Loan Amount
Registration fee of 1.5% of the Loan Amount

Upon release, and Annually thereafter:

Mortgage Redemption Insurance Premium Php 4.00 for every Php 1,000 of the Loan Amount
Property Insurance Premium 0.095% of the loan amount + applicable taxes

Other fees:

Pre- Termination Fee - 5% of the Outstanding Loan Amount (if applicable)
A late payment fee of Php 2,500 may also be charged if applicable, luv! XOXO
