What should I do if my BPI Online or UBP Online top up is not reflected in my TSA yet?

Please contact us through the chat feature in the Tonik App, or contact our Customer Care hotline at +63 2 5322 2645 if the cash-in amount has not been credited to your Tonik Account after two hours. We will confirm the status of your cash out with our payments provider, Paynamics.
