Read our Terms and Conditions below to get your free physical debit card:

  1. Program period: 12:01 AM of May 20, 2024 to 11:59 PM of October 31, 2024. 
  2. The participation in the program is open to all verified Tonik customers with an active Tonik Account, and who doesn't have a physical card yet.
  3. The Tonik customer must have a verified Tonik Account to start a Luv Stash. To verify your Tonik Account, you must submit any one of the six valid and eligible government IDs. Learn more here: https://tonikbank.com/faq/how-can-i-upgrade-my-tonik-account 
  4. To be eligible to get the free physical debit card, participants in this program must have completed all of the following missions during the Promo Period (12:01 AM of May 20, 2024 to 11:59 PM of October 31, 2024): 

    a. Two (2) Pay Bills Transactions 

    b. Two (2) Virtual Card Payment Transactions 

    c. Two (2) Tonik account top up transactions, with minimum 50 pesos per transaction 

  5. Participants who complete all actions any time during the Promo Period (12:01 AM of May 20, 2024 to 11:59 PM of October 31, 2024) will get the free physical debit card starting June 1, 2024 until November 30, 2024. Tonik reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the program with prior notice. 
  6.  Claiming of Free Physical Debit Card

    a. Once customer completes the actions, Tonik shall process the zero-ing of the Physical Card Fee on a weekly per batch basis 

    b. Once fee is change to P 0.00, customers will be advised via SMS, Push Notification, and EDM that they can claim their free physical debit card already 

    c. Customers must wait for the fee to be changed to zero before they can avail their free physical debit card. 

    d. Customers must order the card via Tonik App. 

  7.  The following are not qualified to participate in this promotion: 

    * Non-Filipino citizens. 

    * Tonik customers who already availed a physical debit card prior 

  8.  This promotion only applies to Tonik customers who successfully have done the actions stated above during the promo period. Actions done before or after the Promo Period are not considered as fulfilment of the promotion requirement. 
  9. Tonik reserves the right to cancel the participation of participants if any abuse, fraud, or proven suspicious activities are found, or if found to violate the Terms & Conditions of this program, the Tonik General Terms & Conditions, or any prevailing regulations of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
