Promo Period: 12:01 AM of August 7 to 11:59 PM of October 31, 2025  
DTI Fair Trade Permit No. DTI-RO5 MP 01-04, Series of 2025

1. Promo period is from August 7 to October 31, 2025.
2. Promo is open to all customers who applied for a Tonik Shop Installment Loan within the promo period, subsequently approved and disbursed. No minimum spending is required.
3. To join the promo, customers should download the Tonik App on App Store or Play Store.
4. The Tonik customer should not have delinquent records to qualify for the promo.
5. To earn a raffle entry, participants must register by scanning the QR Code and fill out the Tonik Rain-yey Deals! registration form. The participants should register their Complete Name, Address, Contact number, Email address, Loan account no, Loan Amount, Product and Store purchase.
6. Deadline for registration to earn a raffle entry is on or until October 31, 2025.
7. Winners will be drawn monthly. See below dates of raffle draw:

8. A customer can only win once.
9. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10, 000) and related expenses shall be shouldered by Tonik Digital Bank, Inc.
10. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS.
11. Winners will be informed of a 2–3-day processing period for their Gift Certificates at the LCC Department store where they applied for their Tonik Shop Installment Loan. Once ready for pick-up, an LCC Department Store representative will directly contact the winner.
12. Winners must claim their LCC Gift Certificate at the nearest LCC Store branch. To claim the Gift Certificate, winners must present a valid ID and email confirmation from Tonik Digital Bank. If claiming through an authorized representative, the winner must provide an Authorization Letter and the valid IDs of both winner and the representative.
13. Redemption of prizes is 60 days upon receipt of notification. If unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited in favor of Tonik Digital Bank, Inc. with prior approval from DTI.
14. For consolation Winners (Tonik Credits Winners): The Tonik credits of the winners will be credited to their Tonik Savings Account within 24 hours after winner announcement.
15. For the Monthly Winner (Full Loan Waiver): The winner’s Shop Installment Loan will be automatically closed within 24 hours after the winner announcement. This will be reflected directly in the Tonik App.
16. All employees of Tonik Digital Bank and LCC Retail Stores, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
