  1. The promo period is from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.
  2. The promo is open to all customers who applied for a Tonik Shop Installment Loan in any Home Along, FC Home, and Robinsons Appliances store nationwide within the promo period, subsequently approved and disbursed. No minimum spending is required.
  3. To receive one (1) raffle entry, participants must register by scanning the QR Code given by the Sales Associate (PurplePro) that leads to Loan Voyage Promo Google Form.The participants should register their Name, Contact No. and Store Name – Branch. Complete postal address is acquired during the loan application.
  4. For every approved and disbursed loan, the customer is guaranteed one (1) raffle entry.
  5. The deadline for registration to earn an entry is on or until June 30, 2026.
  6. To join the promo, customers should download the Tonik App on App Store or Play Store.

    • Three (3) winners of 3D/2N Boracay Getaway for 4 persons.
    • Round-trip airfare and hotel accommodation with daily breakfast.
    • One lucky winner from Home Along, FC Home Center and Robinsons Appliances.

    Grand Prize Inclusions:
    • Roundtrip Airfare: One (1) Economy Class ticket to the principal and their nominated travel companion/s via Cebu Pacific or AirAsia, inclusive of 7kg hand-carry baggage.
    • Flight Route: Domestic travel from the major airport nearest to the winner’s residence to their winning travel destination: Siargao (IAO), El Nido (ENI), or Boracay/Caticlan (MPH).
    • Accommodation: Three-day, two-night (3D2N) stay in a Deluxe Room at a partner hotel, subject to prior reservation. **
    • Siargao Winners: Each winner will receive a stay at Bravo Hotel.
    • El Nido Winners: Each winner will receive a stay at Lime Hotel.
    • Boracay Winners: Each winner will receive a stay at Mandarin Nest Hotel.

    ** Travel period should be within one (1) year upon booking, and booking must be made within a minimum of sixty (60) days upon receipt of prize certificate.

  8. The raffle draws will be held at 1:30 PM in Tonik Digital Bank, Inc. office, Unit 605B, 6/F West Wing, The Offices at Estancia, 1605 Meralco Avenue, Pasig City or online via Zoom, to be witnessed by a DTI representative.
  9. A total of three (3) monthly winners will be selected: one (1) from Robinsons Appliances, one (1) from FC Home, and one (1) from Home Along.
  10. The promo is applicable for every booked Tonik Shop Installment Loan per customer.
REDEMPTION PROCESS:
  1. Winners would be drawn by Tonik Digital Bank in the presence of a DTI representative during the draw date indicated.
  2. Winners will be notified via registered mail, registered e-mail, call, and SMS notification. The SMS notification will be received by the customer from “VM-Tonik”.
  3. The Tonik Digital Bank Marketing Team will coordinate with the winner for the claiming of prizes.
  4. Redemption will be done online and does not require claiming at a physical location. Winners must claim their respective prizes within one (1) to sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail and prize certificate, and present one (1) valid government-issued ID.
  5. A name can only win once. If a name is drawn more than once, the winner shall only get the prize of higher value.
  6. All unclaimed raffle prizes shall be forfeited upon prior approval from DTI.
  7. Tonik Bank will shoulder the twenty percent (20%) tax on prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00.
  8. Travel-related taxes would be covered by Tonik Bank.
  9. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
  10. Tonik Bank reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.
  11. By participating in this promotion, winners authorize Tonik Digital Bank to use and publish their names, photos, and videos for promotional and announcement purposes. This information may be shared through the official Tonik Digital Bank website, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), and the official Facebook page of the partner retailer (Robinsons Appliances, Home Along, or FC Home) where the winning loan was processed.
  12. All employees of Tonik Digital Bank and partner retail stores, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
Tonik Loan Voyage Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
  1. Participation in the program is open to all Tonik customers with an approved Tonik Shop Installment Loan during the promo period. All eligible customers should have a good payment record with no delinquencies.

Tonik reserves the right to cancel the participation of participants if any abuse, fraud, or proven suspicious activities are found, or if participants are found to violate these Terms & Conditions, Tonik’s General Terms & Conditions, or any prevailing regulations of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

6 Is there a minimum loan amount required? No pressure here, luv! There’s no minimum loan amount required. Any approved and booked Shop Installment Loan at our partner stores qualifies you to join the raffle.
7 What’s included in my "Loan Voyage" package? We’re handling the heavy lifting, luv:
Round-trip economy flights (via Cebu Pacific or Air Asia) with 7kg hand-carry.
Three-day, two-night (3D2N) stay in a Deluxe Room at our partner hotels (Bravo in Siargao, Lime in El Nido, or Mandarin Nest in Boracay).

Just a little heads-up: while breakfast is on us, other meals, cafe treats, room service, or extra hotel amenities (like the spa or mini-bar) will be for your own account. Also, any accidental damage to the room or hotel property during your stay will be the winner's responsibility. Pack your bags and enjoy, luv!
10 Can I choose my travel dates? Yes, luv! The prize is valid within 60 days upon receipt of the prize certificate. You can coordinate your preferred dates with us, as long as the hotel and airline have space for you (just a heads-up: peak holidays are usually "blackout dates").
11 How will I know if I won the raffle promo? Keep your phone close! We’ll reach out via registered mail, email, and a phone call from our customer representative. For SMS, you will receive a text message from "VM-Tonik". We’ll also post the lucky winners on our social media pages.
12 Can I trade my trip for cash? Sorry, luv! This prize is transferable but not convertible to cash. Trust us, you’ll want to take the trip!
13 Can I pay extra to add one more person to the flight and hotel? We totally get it—the more, the merrier! While your Loan Voyage prize is set for a specific number of pax (2, 3, or 4 depending on your destination), you’re welcome to bring an extra travel buddy!

Just a heads-up: all additional costs for their flights, hotel stay, and other expenses will be covered by you.
14 Can I bring my little ones along, luv? We love a family vacay! Just a heads-up: per airline and hotel rules, anyone over 2 years old counts as a full person in your group of 2, 3, or 4. If your little explorer is over 2 and puts you over the winner limit, you’ll just need to cover their extra flight and hotel costs.
15 Can I fly directly from my home city? Yes, luv! We’re making it easy for you. Your prize covers round-trip domestic travel from the major airport closest to you to your winning destination. No need to stop by Manila unless that’s your nearest hub. Just pack your bags and get ready for takeoff!
16 I’ve already been to my winning spot, luv! Can I swap it for another destination? While we’d love to grant every wish, all prizes are final and based on the specific raffle draw category you won. Since each prize is pre-allocated for our lucky winners, we aren't able to swap destinations once they've been drawn. Get ready for a new adventure!
17 What’s NOT included? Just a heads up, luv: Daily meals, optional tours, and personal pocket money aren’t included in the package. Make sure to bring some extra cash for those island treats! xoxo
18 Does the prize include insurance? We want you to have a worry-free escape, luv! While your prize package already includes basic travel insurance with your airfare, it doesn't cover personal accidents or emergencies.
