1. Promo period is from August 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025. 
2. Promo is open to all customers who applied for a Tonik Shop Installment Loan within the promo period, subsequently approved and disbursed. No minimum spending is required.  
3. To earn a raffle entry, participants must register by scanning the QR Code that leads to the ‘Rain, Rain, Loan Away!’ registration form. The participants should register their Name, Address, Contact Number, Email Address, Loan Account Number, Product Purchased, and Store Name. 
4. Deadline for registration to earn a raffle entry is on or until October 31, 2025.

1st Raffle Draw

• Raffle Winners: Five (5) winners of last month's payment waived
• Consolation Prize Winners: Five (5) winners of 500 Tonik credits

• Raffle Winners: Five (5) winners of last month's payment waived

3rd Raffle Draw

• Raffle Winners: Five (5) winners of last month's payment waived

• One (1) Major Raffle Winner of 5,000 Tonik credits + last month’s payment waived
• One (1) Major Raffle Winner of 10,000 Tonik credits + last month’s payment waived
• One (1) Major Raffle Winner of 15,000 Tonik credits + last month’s payment waived
• One (1) Major Raffle Winner of 20,000 Tonik credits + last month’s payment waived
• One (1) Grand Winner of 50,000 Tonik credits and will have their entire loan fully waived
• Consolation Prize Winners: Five (5) winners of 1,000 Tonik credits

6. A customer can only win once. If a name was drawn more than once, the winner shall only get the prize of higher value. 
7. Tax (including 2% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000) and related expenses shall be paid by Tonik Digital Bank, Inc. 
8. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, call, and SMS. 
9. For Minor Raffle Winners (Waived Last Monthly Payment): The final monthly loan payment will be automatically waived. This means the winners will not need to make a payment in the last month of their loan.
   
   For Consolation Prize Winners, Major Raffle Winners, and Grand Prize Winner (Tonik Credits Winners): The Tonik credits of the winners will be credited to their Tonik Savings account within 24 hours after the winner announcement.
   
   For the Grand Prize Winner (Full Loan Waiver): The winner’s Shop Installment Loan will be automatically closed within 24 hours after the winner announcement. This will be reflected directly in the Tonik app.
10. All employees of Tonik Digital Bank and Robinsons Appliances, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
