Promo Mechanics

The promo is open to all Tonik Digital Bank customers whose Tonik Shop Installment Loan application for the purchase of a refrigerator, television, air conditioner, washing machine, or dryer is approved and successfully disbursed during the promo period from August 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026.
Each approved and successfully disbursed loan contract shall automatically entitle the customer to one (1) raffle entry.
To earn raffle entries, participants must register by scanning the QR Code that leads to Rainy-ssentials Promo Registration Form. The participants should register their Name, Contact No., Email, Loan Account Number, and Store Branch. Complete postal address is acquired during loan application.
In the event that the loan contract is cancelled, terminated, or otherwise rendered invalid, the corresponding raffle entry shall be automatically forfeited.
The promo is not open to the following:
1. Non-Filipino citizens;
2. Customers with rejected, cancelled, or non-disbursed loan applications; and
3. Employees of Tonik Digital Bank, participating merchants, promotional agencies, service providers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
Raffle entries are non-transferable and shall be valid only for the corresponding loan contract under which they were earned.
The deadline for registration to qualify for raffle entries is on or until September 30, 2026, 11:59pm.
To join the promo, customers should download the Tonik App on App Store or Play Store.
The raffle draws shall be held at 1:30 PM at the Tonik Digital Bank, Inc. office located at Unit 605B, 6/F West Wing, The Offices at Estancia, 1605 Meralco Avenue, Pasig City, or through an online platform such as Zoom, in the presence of a duly authorized representative of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
Each qualified loan contract shall be assigned one (1) raffle entry corresponding to its loan contract number.
A customer may win only once per draw. If drawn more than once, the higher-value prize shall be awarded.
Winners shall be selected through an electronic raffle draw using a computerized randomizer system.

Tonik Digital Bank shall shoulder the 20% final withholding tax on prizes exceeding ₱10,000, in accordance with Philippine tax regulations.
By participating in this promotion, winners authorize Tonik Digital Bank to use and publish their names, photos, and videos for promotional and announcement purposes. This information may be shared through the official Tonik Digital Bank website, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), and the official Facebook page of the partner retailer where the winning loan was processed.
Personal information shall be processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Redemption Process

Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, phone call, and SMS from the official sender ID "VM-Tonik" using the contact details provided during the loan application process.
Winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail notification.
Winners may be required to present a valid government-issued ID and the unique Giftaway code to the cashier upon payment for verification and prize claiming.
Prizes not claimed within the prescribed claiming period shall be forfeited in favor of Tonik Digital Bank, Inc. upon prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
Winners shall receive their eGift code via SMS and/or email through Giftaway, the designated rewards fulfillment provider for the Promo.
To redeem the prize, winners shall access the eGift using the link or instructions provided in the SMS or email, select their preferred participating grocery partner, and present the eGift code at the participating merchant in accordance with Giftaway's redemption terms and conditions.
The eGift code may be redeemed at participating supermarket partners, subject to the terms and conditions of Giftaway and the issuing merchant.
In the event that no participating branch is reasonably accessible to the winner, Tonik Digital Bank, Inc. reserves the right, subject to prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), to award Tonik Credits of equivalent value in replacement of the eGift certificate.

A One-Time Password (OTP) will then be sent to that registered contact info to unlock the barcode. Tip: If you want a hassle-free way to share it, just take a clear screenshot of the actual eGift code or barcode and send that instead. No OTP needed at the counter!
