1. What are the requirements for me to join the Free Physical Debit Card Promo?​
Hi there, luv! It’s easy! All you need to do is have a Tonik Account, do 2 bills payment transaction, 2 virtual card payment transaction, and 2 TSA account top up transaction with a minimum of P50 per transaction during the Promo Period.​
2. How do I create a Tonik Account?​
Just download the Tonik App, go through the onboarding process, and make sure to upload a valid ID for verification.​
3. How do I verify my Tonik Account?​
​Upgrading your account is very easy. You only need to upload one (1) of the accepted government-issued IDs and confirm the details of your ID. Please note that the actual upgrading process will be done during the next day after the request has been made.
4. How do I use bills payment?​
It's super easy, luv! Here's how to get started with a new Bill: Select 'Pay' on your Tonik App Dashboard > click 'Start a Bill.' Select from our biller list or type your biller's name in the search box. Name your biller then enter your biller's reference number and select your due date. Here's a hint: Toggle on ''Remind me to pay in 3 days'' to get reminded 3 days prior to your next payment! Enter the amount to be paid and click 'Pay Now.' Check all the details, luv! If all good, click 'Confirm.' Enter the OTP you will receive at your Tonik-registered number, and voila! You should be directed to the processing page.​
5. How do I get my virtual card and use it for payment?​
You will get a free Virtual Debit Mastercard that you can use immediately upon account opening, use it like your normal debit card in your payments and purchases​
6. How do I top up my TSA account?​
Topping up is easy, luv! On your tonik account, just click on the top up button, select whether online, Instapay, or PESONet transaction, and just follow the instructions​
​7. Do I need to sign up for the Free Physical Debit Card Promo in order to participate?
No, there is no sign-up process or requirement for this promo.​
8. I closed my Tonik Account before the start of the program. Can I participate in this program if I reopen my Tonik Account?​
​As long as you can reopen your tonik account luv, you can participate
9. If I do more than the needed actions, will I get multiple free physical debit cards?​
Nope! Tonik customers can only be eligble for 1 physical debit card​
10. Can I claim the free physical debit card for someone else's account?
Nope! Only the account who has completed the needed actions and qualify for the free physical debit card can get it.
11. When can I claim my free physical debit card?
We are processing it on a weekly basis, luv! You will receive a communication from us once it is readily available for claiming.
12. How can I claim my free physical debit card?
Once you receive our notification that it is ready for claiming, you may claim your free physical debit card in the app. Just provide details needed in the app. Kindly note that you need to wait for us to change the fee to zero before claiming.
