Can I cancel my insurance?
Hi there, luv! As much as we want you to enjoy the benefits of your plan, you may still cancel your plan provided that there are no claims made on your account within the policy period.
You may request for cancellation with the Tonik Bank Customer Service at customercare@tonikbank.com or by telephone at +63 2 5322 2645.
But please note that since your insurance coverage is part of the PayHinga package, you’ll still be charged the entire PayHinga fee even if you’ve cancelled your insurance plan. XOXO
