- Select 'Pay' on your Tonik App Dashboard > click 'Start a Bill.'
- Select from our biller list or type your biller's name in the search box.
- Name your biller then enter your biller's reference number and select your due date. Here's a hint: Toggle on ''Remind me to pay in 3 days'' to get reminded 3 days prior to your next payment!
- Enter the amount to be paid and click 'Pay Now.'
- Check all the details, luv! If all good, click 'Confirm.'
- Enter the OTP you will receive at your Tonik-registered number, and voila! You should be directed to the processing page.
Here's how to get started with a saved bill:
- Select 'Pay' on your Tonik App Dashboard > click 'Start a Bill.'
- Select your saved bill and click 'Pay.'
- Make sure to check all the details, luv! If all good, click 'Confirm.'
- Enter your OTP and voila! You should be directed to the processing page to confirm your payment.
Please expect payment posting within 48 hours. An email will be sent to your Tonik-registered email address once complete. XOXO

2. Under the other payment options, select "GCash."
3. Select "Link GCash Account" and confirm the amount to pay your loan.
4. Choose "Link my GCash account," then review and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
5. Perform the required authorizations to link your GCash account to your Tonik Account.
6. After processing, you will receive your Direct Debit Form in your email.
Your GCash account should now be linked to automatically pay for your loans on Tonik! Quick and easy, right? XOXO
If you have enough funds in your GCash account, then yes, luv! Funds will be automatically deducted from your GCash account on your loan payment date. This way, it'll be easier for you to pay your loan on time! XOXO

If you linked your GCash to pay for your loan and you had a payment due, your account might have been deducted to cover it on time. Check your Loan Payment History to confirm!
Every day your loan is unpaid, your GCash account will be debited at 3pm until the payment is made.

Hey, luv! If your loan payment wasn't automatically processed, it might be because your GCash account isn't linked for automatic loan deductions yet. Linking your GCash account as a top-up method doesn't automatically enable direct debit for loan payments.
Don't worry, luv! You can still pay your loan on time. Simply choose one of our payment options or link your GCash account via the Pay Now button to enable direct debit. Make sure you have enough funds in your GCash before linking your account to pay for your loans to take advantage of auto-debiting!

First thing's first: Make sure that your GCash has enough balance to cover your monthly loan payment. Once that's good, follow the steps below.
Delink your GCash Account from your Tonik Savings Account:
1. Tap the Top-up Icon.
2. Select the GCash payment Top-up option.
3. Tap the 3 dots of the linked GCash account.
4. Select "Delete Gcash" and confirm the delinking.
Relink it to pay for loans:
1. On the Loan Dashboard, tap "Pay now".
2. Under the other payment options, select "GCash".
3. Select "Link GCash Account" and enter your top-up amount.
4. Tap "Link my GCash Account," then review and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
5. Perform the required authorizations to link your GCash account to your Tonik Account.

Remember, if you link your GCash account to your Tonik account, but your GCash does not have enough funds to cover your loan repayment, the auto-debit feature will not work! XOXO'
Yes, your GCash account can still be linked, but you will not have the auto-debiting feature for your future loan payments. If you want to avail of GCash auto-debiting on your loan due date, make sure to link your GCash account to your Tonik account when your GCash has sufficient funds to cover the initial loan payment.
