Written notice of claim must be given to Sun Life (SLGFI) while the Debtor is disabled. The notice must be given with sufficient details at any of our offices. SLGFI must receive satisfactory proof within ninety (90) days from the date notice is given to us. Failure to submit written notice and proof of claim within such time shall not invalidate or reduce any claim if it shall be shown not to have been reasonably possible to give such notice within the required time and that proof was submitted as soon as was reasonably possible. SLGFI may require medical examinations by one or more examiners of its choice as part of proof. SLGFI may require proof [i.e. Statement of Account/Loan Ledger] to establish the amount of the Outstanding Indebtedness.
