I lost my SIM card and forgot my password. Can I request to send the one-time password (OTP) via email instead?
Hi, luv! For security reasons, we can’t send SMS OTPs via email.
If you no longer have access to your old SIM card, you’ll need to contact our Customer Care Team. Just type “Live agent” and one of our friendly agents can help you out.
Got your old SIM card? Follow these steps to update your mobile number:
- Log in to your Tonik app.
- Go to User Profile by clicking the icon on the upper left corner of the Main Dashboard.
- Click “Personal details” then “Registered Mobile number.”
- Go through the authentication steps – Face Scan and OTP.
- Enter your new mobile number.
- Verify your new mobile number via OTP.
Loving reminder - the Tonik app will only work on your device with the Tonik-registered mobile number. If you’re going on a trip abroad, make sure to activate roaming to receive OTPs. XOXO
