I want to use a specific channel to pay for my loan. Why can’t I see it in the list of channels when I click on the Pay Button?

Hi there, luv! Our payment channels have varying transaction limits. Your chosen channel might be grayed out if it has a set transaction limit less than your monthly installment amount.  

If you wish to use a specific channel that’s grayed out, you can break your payments then top up these amounts to your Tonik Account. Super thanks for understanding, luv! XOXO
