I’m trying to update my mobile number in the Tonik app and I’m not receiving any One-Time Passwords (OTPs) via SMS. What do I do?

Here are some things to do, luv:

  • Make sure you have a good network/signal to receive the OTPs.
  • Tap “Resend OTP” to request a new one if you’re still not getting any.

No longer have access to your Tonik-registered mobile number? If you’re unable to enter SMS OTP, click the “Use OTP via email” option that will appear after 90 seconds. Loving reminder, only the latest OTP generated will be accepted. XOXO!
