Can I login from another device?

Yes, you can. However, you may only access your Tonik Account from 1 device at any given time. 

How can I change my registered phone number?

You can call Tonik Customer Care to have your registered phone number changed.

I tried to generate a Time Deposit Certificate. The PDIC clause still shows the old one that states, “Up to P500,000 Insured Per Depositor.” Why is that?

Hi, luv! All Time Deposits created before the new PDIC clause took effect will have certificates that still show “Up to P500,000 Insured Per Depositor.” This is because the Time Deposit certificate that was generated reflects the placement date which happened in February. 

Don't worry! As mandated by the PDIC, your deposits are now insured up to P1 Million. You may disregard the note on your certificate.

I uploaded a valid ID during the registration process, but my name is not being scanned properly. What should I do?

You should call Tonik Customer Care so we may assist you with your registration.

What is QRPh?

Hi there, luv! QRPh is the Philippines' standardized QR payment system that allows users to transfer funds via InstaPay to other people, businesses, and other banks without any transfer fees on Tonik.

With QRPh, you can easily scan and pay to anyone or any store with a QRPh code via your Tonik Account! Easy right? XOXO

To whom can I transfer funds to with QRPh?

By using QRPh on Tonik, you can transfer funds to other banks and any biller that has a QRPh code and accepts the payment method!

You can also receive funds via QRPh from users of other banks, just make sure to share them your QRPh code to scan.

How do I generate a QRPh code?

Easy-peasy lemon squeezy, luv! On your Tonik App Dashboard:

1. Option 1: Tap the Account Information Icon to get to the Profile page.
2. On the Profile page, tap "My QR."
3. Option 2: Tap the Top-Up button on the dashboard.
4. On the Top up options, tap "Generate QRPH"
5. Your QRPh should appear! You can have this scanned, or save, or share this to others.

How can I pay with QRPh?

Just follow these steps, luv! On the Tonik App Dashboard:

1. Tap the "QR" Icon.
2. Scan a QRPh code or upload one from your phone gallery.
3. If the amount to be paid is included, just indicate the purpose of the transfer. Otherwise, input how much you want to pay.
4. Once ready, click "Next," verify the information on the page, then click "Confirm."
5. An OTP will be sent. Just input the code and that's it!

Can I pay for my loan with QRPh?

Yes, you sure can, luv! From the Loan payment page, under payment options, select "QRPh." A QR code will be generated.

Scan this with your other bank app to pay for your loan. That's it! XOXO

Why am I getting an error when I scan a Tonik QRPh code?

That's because there's a better way to transfer to another Tonik Account! Just tap "Send" and select "To another Tonik customer." XOXO

Why can't I pay my biller?

Currently, Bancnet only supports 11 bank billers for QRPH P2B payments
a.  AllBank
b. BPI
c.  BDO
d. CIS Bayad Center
e. Sterlink Bank of Asia
f.  TayoCash
g. USSC Money Services Inc
h. PNB
i.  RCBC
j.  Unionbank
k. Wealth Development Bank Corporation

Billers need to be connected to these banks in order to get payments. Be sure to check with your biller if they're QRPH participating or check that their QR has a QRPH logo in the middle!

Why can't I receive funds on my Tonik account using my Tonik QR?

Other banks have to enable Tonik on their list of QR-supported banks for this to work! Some banks already added us and you can now send to your Tonik account by scanning your QR. Meantime, Bancnet and the other banks are currently working on supporting Tonik as a receiving bank for their QRs. We'll keep you posted, luv!

Do I need to reset my password every time I change my device?

Yes, for security reasons, you may only access  your Tonik App from one (1) device. If you wish to access your account from a different device, you will be prompted to reset your password in the new device.
