When can I pay my Tonik loan?
You may pay your Tonik loan through ECPay as early as seven days before the due date. Past due payments can also be done via ECPay partners -- just make sure you input the total due amount including the penalty fees. You may refer to the Tonik app for the correct loan payment amount.
Can I pay my loan ahead of schedule?
You may pay your monthly loan amortization as early as seven days before your due date.
Can I pay next month's loan through ECPay ?
You can pay the current month's payment due and any past due payments from previous month which you have not settled. For early repayment, you may refer to the Tonik app's loan dashboard.
Can I pay more than what is due for my loan?
You can only pay the exact amount due for your loan. If it's seven days before and on the due date of your loan, the amount would be the monthly loan payment usually due you. If the payment is done after or past the due date, penalty fees apply and you may refer to your Tonik app to confirm the final amount to be paid.
I don't have enough balance yet, can I pay my loan partially through ECPay?
Partial payment before and on the due date of the loan is currently not possible as we match the transaction amount to your exact monthly installment due. However, for loan payments that are past due, we accept partial payments via ECPay to help you bring your loan payments current.
How many times can I pay thru ECPay channels for partial payments?
For now, ECPay partners and channels only accepts one (1) payment per day.
What is the max and min amount for payment in ECPay ?
Minimum amount that you can pay in ECPay partners and channels is Php 200 while the maximum amount is Php 50,000
Can I fully repay my loan via an ECPay partner?
You can pay the current month's payment due and any past due payments from previous month which you have not settled. For early repayment, you may refer to the Tonik app's loan dashboard.
Can I close my loan account from ECPay channels?
You can close you loan account in Tonik app's loan dashboard only. ECPay only accepts payments for your loan account.
I can't see Tonik on the list of billers in an ECPay kiosk/partner. How can I process my payment?
Some ECPay partners may take a while to update their biller list. You may choose a different ECPay partner or use other payment channels asides ECPay (such as Instapay, PESONet, and top-up of your Tonik account via Xendit or QR)
I inputted the wrong mobile number, how do I get back the payment I made?
Payments done via ECPay are matched through mobile number, full name, and monthly loan payment amount. This ensures that the payment being done is correct. For concerns on the transaction validity and correctness, you may reach out to the ECPay partner where you processed your payment. You may also reach out to us in parallel via Tonik's customer support so we may assist you in checking your payment.
I typed in the correct Tonik mobile number but an error occurs. How do I fix it?
Make sure to key in +639XX format of mobile number when paying your loan account.
I don't have access to my Tonik account but I want to pay my EMI, is there any way I can know how much do I need to pay?
For online channels, you can initially input your estimated amount in the AMOUNT field on the ECPay channel. If the amount is incorrect, the correct EMI will appear in the error message. When transacting via offline channels, you may reach out to Tonik customer support for assistance on getting your loan amount due.
The ECPay partner said my payment failed, who can I reach out to about this?
Confirm that the mobile number, full name, and monthly loan payment you inputted is accurate. If the payment still has failed, you may reach out to the ECPay partner where you've processed the payment.
Who can I reach out to for refunds if my payment has failed?
For refunds, please reach out to ECPay partner where you processed your payment. If it's an online channel, please contact their customer support center for assistance.
I paid via an ECPay partner but my app says I haven't paid yet. What gives?
Your loan payments via ECPay and other payment channels are real-time. For ECPay transaction concerns, you may reach out to the ECPay partner where you processed your payment. You may also reach out to us in parallel via Tonik's customer support so we may assist you in checking your payment.
Is there a fee I need to pay for when I pay through ECPay?
Tonik doesn't charge anything for your loan payment via ECPay, but the ECPay partners might. You may refer to the fees impose by the partners for guidance.
Are there other payment channels asides ECPay?
Loan payments can currently be done by topping up your Tonik account then initiating the payments on the Loans dashboard in your Tonik app. To top-up your Tonik account, you may send money using Instapay, PESONet, or over-the-counter top-up via Xendit participating stores. You can also top-up your Tonik account by scanning your Tonik QRPH and sending money from your other bank accounts and e-wallets.
