Hey, luv! This is for customers who opened 6-month Time Deposits before February 14, 2026 and enabled rollover prior to maturity.

The 5% base interest + 1% bonus interest are the previous rates for 6-month Time Deposits before February 14, 2026. Customers needed to have at least Php 10,000 ADB (Average Daily Balance) for 6 months to qualify for the additional 1%, which will only be credited upon payout (or when the customer disabled rollover and allowed the Time Deposit to mature on its new maturity date).

Heads up, luv! Starting February 14, 2026, you won’t need an Average Daily Balance (ADB) to earn the full 6% p.a. on your 6-month Time Deposit.

Loving reminder that when you rollover your deposit, it will also have a new maturity date. You can expect it to be credited to your Tonik Savings Account upon payout.

If you’ve got an active 6-month Time Deposit that you opened before February 14, 2026, make sure to enable rollover (meaning you'll keep your money in the Time Deposit for another 6 months) so you can enjoy that new 6% p.a. rate! Don't forget to read the Terms & Conditions to learn more and avoid early withdrawal fees. XOXO

If say you set it for 6 months, and then let it rollover for another 6 months, your money will mature after 12 months. You'll only see both the extra money (interest) and the total amount (your original money) in your TSA account at the end of the whole 12 months.

Starting May 1, 2026, Time Deposits with amounts greater than PHP100,000 will no longer be eligible for rollover. If rollover was previously turned on for these deposits, the system will automatically disable it. This change is due to an update to our maximum rollover limit, which has been adjusted from PHP250,000 to PHP100,000.

Got your old SIM card? Follow these steps to update your mobile number:  

1. Log in to your Tonik app.  
2. Go to User Profile by clicking the icon on the upper left corner of the Main Dashboard.  
3. Click “Personal details” then “Registered Mobile number.”
4. Go through the authentication steps – Face Scan and OTP.
5. Enter your new mobile number.
6. Verify your new mobile number via OTP.  

Loving reminder - the Tonik app will only work on your device with the Tonik-registered mobile number. If you’re going on a trip abroad, make sure to activate roaming to receive OTPs. XOXO 

Here are some things to do, luv:

• Make sure you have a good network/signal to receive the OTPs.
• Tap “Resend OTP” to request a new one if you’re still not getting any.
