Hey, luv! If you click on “Pay Now” and make a payment before your due date, you will get a notification that Tonik has received your payment. It will automatically get posted to your loan account on your due date. On the other hand, if you clicked “Pay Now” on or after your due date, your payment will be immediately credited to you loan account. Hope this helps. XOXO

Can I re-avail an Exclusive Loan Offer or any other loan Tonik offers?

I changed my mind halfway through my Exclusive Loan Offer application. Can I reset my application?

Yes you can, luv! Feel free to cancel your Exclusive Loan Offer application by clicking on the door icon at the top right corner of your screen. Heads up, this will erase all the information you've previously entered and you can only do this before you get to the Terms and Conditions screen. Don't worry if you've already passed the Terms and Conditions screen or if you've already been approved! Just wait for a few weeks and we'll automatically reset everything for you. XOXO
