I did cash-in in Tonik App and under the billing details and my name, there is an address I do not recognize. Whose address is it?

My cash-in/deposit transactions are not reflected in the transaction history or in my Statement of Account. What should I do?

Some transactions may not have been posted/settled and therefore are not appearing on your transaction history or in the Statement of Account.
